Shipping Coverage
Tinkkie offers worldwide delivery. However, we currently do not support shipments to the following regions:
·Restricted countries and regions: Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Syria, Venezuela.
·War or conflict zones: Yemen, Gaza, Sudan, Somalia, Libya, Central African Republic,parts of Ukraine and Russia, southern Lebanon, Democratic Republic of the Congo.
·Remote areas: Locations such as Greenland, Alaska, and certain military bases may incur additional surcharges due to limited logistical accessibility. Customers in these areas will be contacted in advance for confirmation.
Order Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be handled on the next working day.
Shipping Methods & Estimated Delivery Times
Tinkkie provides a variety of flexible shipping methods to meet different customer needs:
·Local warehouse delivery (within the same country): 2–5 business days
·Local warehouse delivery (cross-border): 2–7 business days
·International air shipping: 7–13 business days
·International sea shipping: 17–30 days
We will automatically match the most efficient shipping method based on your location and order type.
Shipping Fee Policy
All orders placed through Tinkkie enjoy standard shipping. However, additional fees may apply in the following cases:
·Delivery address is in an extremely remote or military-restricted area.
·The selected logistics partner does not cover the destination (e.g., isolated islands or areas requiring secondary transport).
Additional charges are based on actual carrier fees and may range from a few USD to several hundred USD depending on location.
Local Warehouse Shipping
·For countries or regions where we operate local warehouses, we prioritize local fulfillment to enhance delivery speed and avoid customs delays.
·Orders fulfilled locally are typically exempt from import duties and have faster delivery times.
·In regions with strict or complex import regulations, customers may still be asked to assist with customs clearance or bear applicable duties.
International Shipping & Customs
·For general consumers, we strive to use duty-paid shipping channels to ensure smooth delivery.
·For OEM/ODM bulk customers, all import duties and taxes must be covered by the buyer.
·Customers are responsible for understanding their local customs regulations. If a package is delayed or incurs extra charges due to local customs procedures, we will assist with documentation but are not liable for these costs. Such issues are not valid reasons for returns or refunds.
Package Exceptions & Liability
Tinkkie is committed to supporting customers in handling logistics issues, including:
·Lost packages: If a package is confirmed lost by the carrier, we will resend it free of charge. Refunds are not provided in such cases.
·Tracking issues: If shipping status is not updated for an extended time, we will proactively follow up with the carrier.
·Failed deliveries due to customer: If delivery fails due to incorrect address, unreachable contact number, or customer absence, we will attempt redelivery once. If it fails again, Tinkkie will not be liable for the package being lost or destroyed.

Recurring Subscription Shipments
·We offer flexible subscription cycles including every 30, 60, or 90 days, depending on customer preferences.
·Multi-product subscription packages are supported, allowing you to bundle different items into one recurring delivery plan.
·To modify your shipping address, contact details, or subscription frequency, please notify us at least 48 hours before the scheduled shipping date.
·If the subscription fee has already been deducted and the order shipped, changes will take effect starting from the next billing cycle.
·Subscription orders will follow the same shipping routes and standards as regular orders to ensure consistent delivery performance.
