· Unsealed product without quality issue.

· Damage due to improper storage (e.g., direct sunlight, high temperature). 

· Subjective reasons like 'don’t like the smell', 'too thin', 'not wet enough'.

· Minor appearance differences that do not affect use (e.g., wrinkles, color variation).

· Known allergies not checked before use despite ingredients being clearly listed.

· Duplicate orders or no longer needing the item after shipment.

· Incorrect usage that contradicts instructions.

· Misunderstanding of usage—e.g., flushing non-flushable wipes.

· Tampering with packaging or mixing in other liquids.

· Requesting partial return of multi-pack items.

· Heavy use or severe damage to packaging preventing resale.

· Return request submitted after 15-day window.

· Items marked final sale, clearance, or non-returnable in description.

How to Request a Return or Exchange

· Email: Send to service@tinkkie.com with subject 'Return Request + Order Number' and include photos of the product and explanation.
We'll review your request and respond within 1–2 business days.

Who Pays for Shipping

· If the return is due to our fault (e.g., damaged, wrong item), we will cover all shipping costs.


· If for personal reasons (e.g., no longer needed), the customer must cover all shipping expenses.


· For bundled products, only full-package returns are accepted; partial returns are not eligible.

Processing Time for Refunds and Exchanges

· Exchanges will be shipped within 1–3 business days after we receive and inspect your return.


· Refunds will be processed within 1–2 business days after request approval or return receipt.
It typically takes 3–7 business days for the refund to appear on your original payment method, depending on your bank or payment platform.

Misuse Policy

To ensure fair use of return rights, we may limit service if we detect:
· Repeated vague return claims without clear evidence.
